What is ProcurePro?
- ProcurePro is the leading digital procurement & contracting platform purpose-built for the Construction industry.
- ProcurePro helping major contractors to digitise the subcontractor procurement, closing the digital gap between tendering and contract execution.
- This is a blue ocean opportunity (currently solved primarily using Word, Excel & email), with ProcurePro filling an enormous gap in the Con-tech ecosystem and being uniquely positioned to dominate this space.

Job Description
Why we're hiring an Operations Manager
- ProcurePro is at an exciting stage of business - we've built a great product that solves a real problem for customers, proven we can both sell and implement effectively.
- We're looking for someone to take charge for the operational side of the business, unlocking our CEO to focus on growth, whilst building the internal systems/processes that will help the business rapidly grow on a global scale.
Key objectives for the role
- Working directly with our CEO (you will learn lots) to unlock his time across a range of back office responsibilities
- Establishing the foundations of & executing on our Marketing function (before we hire in specialist capability)
- Improving knowledge bases, processes & scalability as our team & business grows
This will cover a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- CEO communications (externally to customers, current and prospective investors),
- marketing (collecting customer testimonials, developing materials, running campaigns),
- finance (support with accounting, payroll, reporting & analytics processes),
- people (recruitment, onboarding new hires, equipment, developing/managing training materials),
- office management (organising events, developing team know-how, guides & policies).
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who...
- Is highly motivated & ambitious to learn, grow & develop as a professional (attitude over existing skillset)
- Is mission-driven, motivated by joining a small, close-knit team, getting in at ground level and growing with a rapidly scaling business
- Is after an entry / junior level role (i.e. you might have 0-3 years professional experience)
- Has a passion for startups & technology, or are excited by getting into the sector
- Can write effectively & is a good communicator (Comms / Marketing / Legal etc background would be look on favourably, but is not critical)
- Is task orientated & love to get work done! (Across a range of different areas)
- Loves systems, processes & efficiencies, can take the initiative if these don't yet exist & are motivated to help us build out more scalable ways of working
- Are looking for a remote working role (must be based in Australia or New Zealand)
Room for growth
- We want someone who is ambitious to grow beyond this role.
- There is capability to move in a variety of directions as we progress - People Management, Marketing, Chief of Staff, Senior Operations etc.
Additional Information
Compensation
- $40k - 70k (+ super), negotiable depending on experience
- Equity (ESOP) options available
- Remote work, so flexible work/life balance (and a short commute!)
Team & Remote-Work
We're a close-knit team of 13, which will grow to 25+ within 12-18 months. We've been a remote-first company since 2018 (i.e. before COVID made it mainstream) - we're well versed in tools, process & team culture to make it a great place to work.
