Job Description
We’re looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Salesforce Data Specialist to join Levelset's team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data systems by finding and verifying account data in Salesforce.
As a Salesforce Data Specialist, you’ll partner with Levelset's sales and operations teams to support our day-to-day sales motion. You'll use your attention to detail, research skills, and knowledge of Salesforce to provide valuable data for our sales team and maintain Salesforce account hygiene. This position reports into the Revenue Operations Manager and will be based in our soon-to-open Heredia, Costa Rica office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Conduct research to verify and update existing Salesforce account information, including company details, industry classifications, and relevant contacts
Identify and add new contacts to Salesforce, ensuring all necessary fields are populated with accurate information
Regularly review Salesforce data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of account and contact information
Ensure timely and accurate entry of researched data into Salesforce and other systems, adhering to established guidelines and data quality standards
Validate data regularly to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness
Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to understand data needs and ensure that databases support business objectives
Generate and analyze reports to track data quality and completeness, offering insights for continuous improvement
Adapt to new processes quickly, making complex tasks simple and manageable
What we’re looking for:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in data research, data entry, or a related field, preferably with Salesforce
Proficient in Salesforce and Excel, with familiarity in online research tools and techniques being a plus
Strong focus on accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in both written communication and data
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines
Self-starter with enthusiasm for growth, able to adapt to new processes and updates quickly
