• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or operations-related roles
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, and marketing dashboards
• Basic understanding of campaign management and analytics
• Good communication and coordination skills
