Job Description

As a member of the Data & Analytics team, you will analyze, design, and lead data recalibration efforts that will serve our clients marketplace growth strategies. We are looking for sharp, disciplined, and self-motivated individuals who have a passion for enabling a modern data culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside a best-in-class team to conduct assessments, support growth  strategies, and evaluate and recommend data management technologies
  • Understand business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solution
  • Support and guide recalibration programs focused on data management strategy and execution
  • Recommend data design and analysis for data management programs of various sizes and complexities
  • Establish implementation plans for data management solutions and programs
  • Define or guide the definition of data standards; build consensus for standards and policies
  • Identify and organize conceptual data models that can be translated into physical representations
  • Work with and support other POLY team members in data management

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Data and analytics experience across architecture, governance, master data, metadata, and quality management
  • Familiar with marketplace data management tools such as MRI-Simmons, Geoscape, etc.
  • Expertise and creative solutions for establishing models and implementation standards
  • Experience with data architecture frameworks and understand the processes and systems that enable their success in an organization
  • Awareness of and practical understanding of population trends, cultural attunement and ability to adopt data management practices accordingly 
  • Strong communication skills and can translate technology to business and vice versa
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Strong analytical problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a project team
