Job Description

Store Agent is responsible for caring for our customers, solving their issues and for building lasting relationships with them. 

Daily activities include:

  1. Help customers with technical questions and payment requests

  2. Process orders and payments in the CRM system

  3. Handle complaints and retain cancellations

  4. Troubleshoot technical issues with Set-Top-Boxes and networks

  5. Prepare packages for shipment and process incoming packages

  6. Count inventory

  7. Contribute to product and service improvements

  8. Foster open and constructive communication to ensure a consistently exceptional experience

  9. Contribute to a positive working environment

  10. Comply with company's rules

Qualifications

Store Agent must have natural diplomatic skills, tact, and patience to deal with all kinds of situations and customers. The good news is that we have many happy customers!

Required skills and experience:

  1. Must be fluent in Russian and English 

  2. Great listening and communication skills

  3. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks

  4. Positive and friendly attitude

  5. Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential

  6. Flexibility to work different shifts and on weekends

  7. Ability to adapt to different customers

  8. Ability to maintain composure under pressure

  9. Knowledge of the computers, networks, TVs, phones and CRM software

  10. University degree is recommended but is not necessary

  11. Knowledge of Polish Language would be a bonus
