Make your mark by setting the building blocks of the Monetization team. You’ll be responsible for the planning & execution of all Monetization activities, managing the Monetization Operations, CRM & Art. 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotional plans according to the Monetization strategy to reach monthly & quarterly KPI’s

  • Constant tracking of our KPI’s delivering creative solutions for meeting our goals & beyond

  • Monitor & analyze every campaign providing business insights & conclusions

  • Matrix management of the Monetization Creative & LiveOps Tech teams

  • Work closely with Economy & BA teams to create data-driven player journeys, constantly improving performance & player’s gaming experience

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years as a Monetization / CRM manager or Product Monetization in an online gaming company

  • A team player with a “can do” positive approach- Amazing interpersonal skills & a people person by nature. Know how to harness other people to reach his own goals

  • Strong sense of responsibility & professionalism

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong interest in gaming. High level understanding of player’s experience through product & economy.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Economy, Industrial Engineering & Business Management- Huge advantage
