- BS/BA Degree in related field
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity and knowledge of Enterprise systems including, but not limited to site LMS, Laboratory System, Documentation System and SAP.
- Description: Designs and develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications in support of business processes.
- Implements training administration processes, including records management.
- Schedules, plans and delivers instructor-led training sessions. Must possess ability to explain complex technical concepts and tasks.
- Training role globally advances colleague and organizational performance by providing targeted learning solutions aligned with leadership strategies and goals
- Major Role Responsibilities:
- Advises projects on training requirements, standards and processes;
- Designs and develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications in support of business processes;
