Job Description

ISR Level II Role:

The Level II Investor Services Rep is a front line service role with a focus on processing, quality control and will report to the Team Manager. Phoenix American is a small, entrepreneurial fund administration and accounting firm that is growing rapidly and poised to capture a large market share. To do this, we need quality people who are both willing to communicate their thoughts on improvement as well as rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. The position will require a detail-oriented individual, who has strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Previous financial and customer service experience preferred.  

Responsibilities may include:

  • Responsible for processing with a focus on quality assurance for incoming new business
  • Responsible for processing with a focus on quality assurance for account maintenance
  • Responds to incoming emails from multiple fund clients
  • Processes or escalates 2nd level requests received as necessary
  • Begin to act as a liaison between our operations and end user managers
  • Work with compliance to ensure operational adherence to industry regulations, laws and best practices
  • Responsible for overflow inbound calls for multiple fund clients

Job Requirements:
·       BS/BA Degree required

·       Financial and/or service experience preferred

·       Must be fluent in english

Additional Information

Currently this is a remote position.  However, when it is safe and restrictions are removed, we anticipate fully returning to the office in San Rafael, CA.  Therefore, we are only considering applicants who are within a reasonable commuting distance to San Rafael, CA.
