Job Description

We are looking for an Investor Services/Telephone Representative.  This position is approved for remote work.  Responsibilities will include handling multiple client telephone lines and processing any requests that come in through the telephone calls and emails.  The calls are typically from Investors, Registered Reps or Trustees and may include operational type questions or questions that require research and follow-up.  In addition, assist with various types of account maintenance duties (check reissues, address changes, broker & rep changes, web portal assistance, trustee transfers, return mail, etc.).

 

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.  The ability to learn quickly, organize and multi-task is very important in our company's day to day business.  Professional communication skills and a high level of customer service is expected.
