JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or equivalent degree

  • 15+ Years of HR generalist experience in a global  IT/ITES organization

  • 5+ Years of experience in HR leadership role working with the Executive Management of an organization

  • Good knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management and process

  • Knowledge of local country labour laws and familiarity with international labour law

  • Expertise working with M&A activities, developing HR strategy, systems, processes and resource models to respond to company’s variable M&A activity

  • Demonstrated experience working with global HR team to Identify and understand domestic and international employment/regulatory issues and deal terms as they relate to integration to ensure compliance

  • Experience in designing compensation, and compensation benchmarking

  • Experience in leading recruitment and employee engagement programs

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong aptitude for developing and maintaining HR information and HR systems

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of employees and outside contacts at all levels and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
