 Job Summary

Support safety and reliability of autonomous robotic vehicles. Perform hazard/risk analysis (STPA), define safety requirements, and ensure compliance across product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into design, development, verification, and validation.

Mandatory Education

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or related field
• Preferred: CFSE, CFSP, AFSP, Functional Safety Engineer certifications

Mandatory Experience

• 0–3 years in functional safety engineering (robotics, automotive, heavy machinery, or agri-equipment)
• Hands-on experience with STPA

Mandatory Skills

• Strong grasp of functional safety standards
• Risk analysis methods: STPA, FMEA, FTA
• Knowledge of safety lifecycle processes & integrity levels
• Analytical & problem-solving skills for safety/compliance issues
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation/reporting abilities
• Ability to evaluate safety data & conduct risk assessments
• Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams
• Clear communication & presentation skills for leadership, customers, and regulators
