Entry Level SAP MRP Master Data Specialist

The Master Data Analyst will initiate, execute, and manage data creation/modification in SAP while ensuring compliance to data standards.

SAP MRP Specialist: Customer Service Department

The SAP MRP Specialist reports to the Logistic Mgr and is responsible for managing and supporting the SAP system for production scheduling, material master management, master data maintenance and material requirement planning. The individual will be responsible for updating and maintaining the bill of material and other important master data fields (MRP views 1, 2, 3, 4). In addition to these primary responsibilities, the individual will have opportunities to lead SAP training across the different functions, especially within the SD SAP module. The individual will become the subject matter expert for master data in SAP and has to gain a thorough understanding of the business processes relevant to production, customer service, purchasing, engineering and logistics.

• Comfortable analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
• Ability to prioritize work. Sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and recognize the impact of change to the organization.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflict and gain consensus
• Proven ability to effectively meet goals and complete tasks from start to finish
• Strong PC skills required in Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools.

Qualifications

Skills required 

1) 3 years SAP experience including SD and MM. 

2) Good attitude and communication skills. 

3) Data entry, analysis and processing experience including excel data analysis. 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
