Responsibilities:
- Develop high energy, fun interactive workshop and summer camp curriculum to create creative experiential learning
- Create instructional materials in the forms of courses, student guides, training manuals, teaching aids, and videos.
- Redesign instructional materials to ensure accessibility and usability.
- Research and identify learning activities and technologies that can be incorporated in training programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Development Manager and other curriculum development team members
- Assist in hosting/scheduling online training initiatives through Google Meet and Zoom.
- Participate in collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials
Required Skills:
- Creative and Innovative mindset
- Passion for creating unique learning experiences for youth
- A background in instructional design or learning experience design.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with audio/video editing tools
- Computer proficiency
Qualifications
Education Requirement:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development or Business required (Bachelor’s preferred), Instructional Design, Learning & Development , and Human Learning & Development
Must be a Junior or Senior if currently enrolled.

Time Commitment: 9-10 hours a week
