- Contribute to the broader threat research strategy, ensuring your roadmap aligns with overarching business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Drive initiatives to improve key platform KPIs, including researcher activation, retention, and signal-to-noise ratio, through data-driven decisions.
- Lead the platform's evolution from its current bug bounty model to a competition-based model, overseeing a complete revitalization of the user experience and brand.
- Act as the primary advocate and voice for our Huntr community by validating features, testing builds, and guiding post-launch iterations.
- Proactively collaborate with UX to craft intuitive user experiences and workflows that motivate researchers and reward high-quality submissions.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality releases from concept through launch and subsequent iterations.
- Serve as an evangelist for the Huntr community, clearly articulating the product vision and value proposition to cultivate alignment between researchers and internal stakeholders.

Additional Information
The Team
Engineering - Our engineering team is at the core of our products and connected directly to the mission of preventing cyberattacks. We are constantly innovating — challenging the way we, and the industry, think about cybersecurity. Our engineers don’t shy away from building products to solve problems no one has pursued before. We define the industry instead of waiting for directions. We need individuals who feel comfortable in ambiguity, excited by the prospect of a challenge, and empowered by the unknown risks facing our everyday lives that are only enabled by a secure digital environment.
Our organization and employees are committed to changing as rapidly as our industry’s threats do, and to do that, we need creative product teams to address emerging cyber threats. They provide behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information on our products for our engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in, and helping to implement product-wide technical solutions based on our client’s feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.
Our Commitment
We’re problem solvers that take risks and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together.
We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for all qualified individuals with a disability. If you require assistance or accommodation due to a disability or special need, please contact us at [email protected].
