Your Career
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled and professional Enablement Platform Manager to oversee and manage our learning management system (LMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, updates, and overall management of training content and programs. This role is pivotal in supporting our Global Customer Services (GCS) audience, encompassing Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services.
Your Impact
Strategic Management: Design and manage our learning and enablement platforms to ensure they meet the business needs and support stakeholders across GCS.
System Evaluation and Enhancement: Evaluate the current LMS state across the company and recommend enhancements based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
Standards and Governance: Set standards and configuration management guidelines, including a cross-functional taxonomy, housekeeping standards, and governance protocols.
Content Management: Upload, test, and update e-Learning modules effectively and efficiently.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple departments and business units to implement new services, modules, and integrations within the system.
Learner Administration: Manage learner setup, administration, workshop assignments, and assessment scoring.
Reporting and Data Analysis: Create and maintain schedules to run reports and queries, collect and analyze training metrics, and publish findings.
Stakeholder Support: Provide administrative support for the system to both internal and external stakeholder groups.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in enterprise learning management systems or content management systems. Prior experience with Docebo is preferred.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams across the organization.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing personal time and multiple projects efficiently.
Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills with experience in creating and running comprehensive data summary reports.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $99000 - $160500/YR.
