We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer and Video Editor to collaborate part time with our team. In this hybrid role, you will combine your expertise in web design with your passion for video storytelling to produce short-form video content. You will transform strategic ideas into visually compelling designs that align with our business objectives.  

Web designer 

• Transform low-fidelity mockups into visually engaging, high-fidelity designs. 

• Create digital assets such as icons, illustrations, web page CMS theme designs, while ensuring high standards of typography, layout, color balance, and overall visual consistency. 

• Design, maintain, and update the design system across multiple projects, consistently adhering to brand guidelines across all client materials.  

• Collaborate with product owners to define product branding and craft visual narratives using Story Brand framework. 

Video Editing & Production 

• Transform raw video footage and screen recordings into high-quality short-form video content (30 seconds to 2 minutes) using visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative flow. 

• Enhance the storytelling experience by integrating dynamic graphics, animations, and sound. 

• Collaborate with product owner to create scripts and visual narratives using storytelling techniques. 

• Lead brainstorming sessions, develop rough drafts, and pitch creative ideas. 

Required Skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in design related field. 

• At least 1 year of previous experience in web design. 

• Experience editing short-form video content.  

• Proficiency in using Figma and video post-production software. 

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Nice To Have: 

• Previous experience creating Search Engine optimized designs and digital assets. 

• Familiarity with AI design tools to create and enhance digital assets. 

• Previous experience in motion graphics. 

• Knowledge of software development processes and technologies is a plus.
