We are a leading-edge laboratory testing company currently seeking a Laboratory Supervisor  to join our team in Dallas, TX. 

• Managing technical testing departments in a high volume reference laboratory.
• Processes quality control, and overall production operation of the immunoassay department testing TSH, Hepatitis, HIV, Tumor Makers, and other immunoassay/serology tests.
• will assign, oversee, and review the quality of employee work, direct all phases of work, quality, service, and costs, and perform testing and special projects as required
• Supervision of staff of 15 FTEs---Assigns, oversees, and reviews the work of employees
• Directs all phases of work, quality, service, and costs; and performs tests or assays as required.
• Operation of the immunoassay department
• Must be accountable and able to work with tenured staff

• Requires a B.S. /B.A. Degree w/1-3 years of supervisory experience
• Must meet all State & Local licensing requirements
• Must meet CLIA requirements
• Ideal candidate is a Medical Technologist (MT) with ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification or has equivocal experience with a 4 year degree
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and ISO is a plus
• Background in Immunology is a plus!
• Legal authorization to work in the US
