Job Description

Adult Outpatient Behavioral/Addiction clinic is seeking an experienced independent licensed clinician (LICSW) for a Clinical Social Worker Leadership position with substance abuse and general mental health experience for their expanding counseling program

The LICSW is responsible for the social, emotional, and financial wellbeing of patients in the program. The clinical supervisor will provide clinical supervision for Masters Level Clinicians and oversee administrative staff, manage department, schedule staff and assist in growing program.

This position is also responsible for the oversight of all clinical services including: intake, risk assessment, individual/group counseling, monitoring of clinical groups, Substance Abuse Prevention, coordination of psychiatric services, and case management.

Clinical duties include conducting diagnostic assessments; providing ongoing supportive counseling services to a diverse caseload of patients. Work in collaboration with our medical providers to ensure quality of care. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team planning

Work in coordination with organization management to expand existing service lines and help meet the needs of our local communities.

Requirements:

Minimum of Five years’ experience in clinical setting with a minimum two year's leadership/management experience

Current MA licensure as an LICSW
