Job Description
Purpose of the job
Join our Investor Services team and play an important role in supporting a diverse portfolio of international alternative asset fund clients. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll help deliver a seamless investor experience across the full fund lifecycle, from investor onboarding and capital activity to ongoing administration and client support.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your expertise in fund administration while gaining exposure to a broad range of investor services activities. You'll work closely with clients, fund managers, compliance teams and internal specialists, developing valuable technical knowledge and client-facing experience while contributing to the delivery of exceptional service within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Main responsibilities
- Take ownership of investor servicing activities, helping to deliver a seamless experience for clients and investors.
- Support investor onboarding processes, helping to facilitate a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing administration.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fund managers and internal teams to support an exceptional client experience.
- Prepare investor capital call and distribution activities, supporting accurate and efficient delivery.
- Respond to investor and fund manager enquiries, providing clear and professional support.
- Work closely with Compliance and KYC teams to support onboarding and ongoing investor administration activities.
- Contribute to the administration of alternative asset fund structures throughout their lifecycle.
- Support the delivery of operational activities in line with client service commitments and quality standards.
- Contribute to Investor Services projects and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support successful client outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications
knowledge, skills and experience
- Experience within fund administration, investor services, financial services or a related professional environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, investors and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate a range of activities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and an interest in developing knowledge of new systems and processes.
