Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Be at the centre of the client onboarding journey, helping clients establish and grow their business with confidence. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, regulators and internal teams to coordinate onboarding, incorporation and lifecycle activities across a variety of financial services structures. You'll play an important part in creating a smooth and professional client experience while building valuable expertise in financial services and corporate governance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support clients throughout the onboarding and lifecycle journey, delivering a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing timely and professional support.
  • Review and coordinate due diligence documentation, helping clients navigate onboarding requirements with confidence.
  • Prepare client engagement agreements and support the completion of onboarding and incorporation activities.
  • Coordinate regulatory and licensing applications, ensuring submissions are accurate and efficiently progressed.
  • Maintain high-quality client records and data, supporting effective collaboration across teams.
  • Support client billing and related administration activities to facilitate a smooth client journey.
  • Assist with lifecycle events and entity closure processes, ensuring all activities are completed in line with established requirements.
  • Partner with colleagues across the business to deliver a consistent and client-focused service.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within financial services, corporate services, client onboarding or a related professional services environment.
  • Understanding of corporate structures, regulatory requirements and client lifecycle processes within the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with iManage, NavOne, Viewpoint or similar platforms would be beneficial.
  • Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Law, Management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
