Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Take the first step in building your career within Investor Services by supporting a diverse portfolio of fund clients and contributing to an exceptional investor experience. In this role, you'll gain hands-on exposure to investor onboarding, fund operations, capital activity and regulatory processes while working closely with clients, investors and colleagues across the business. You'll play an important part in keeping investor records accurate, supporting key deliverables and ensuring investor transactions and communications are completed to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, build strong stakeholder relationships and grow your expertise within a collaborative and internationally focused environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of investor administration activities, helping to deliver a seamless onboarding experience in partnership with the CDD and Investor Onboarding teams.
- Maintain accurate investor records, shareholder registers and data within internal systems, ensuring information remains complete and up to date.
- Support the delivery of investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and other capital activity processes.
- Coordinate investor reporting, distributions and communications, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Partner with Accounting and internal stakeholders to support capital calls, distributions and other investor servicing activities.
- Manage FATCA/CRS information and documentation, working closely with investors and specialist teams to support regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with clients and investors, acting as a trusted point of contact for investor-related queries within your area of responsibility.
- Identify potential risks, escalate issues appropriately and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, compliant investor services.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline; ACAMS, ICSA or ACCA qualification (full or partial) would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, investors and colleagues at all levels.
- Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities, maintain accuracy and deliver high-quality work.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks, work independently and contribute positively to a team environment.
- A positive, adaptable and collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in learning and developing a career within financial services.
- Desirable: Experience supporting investor services, fund administration, client administration or related operational activities within a financial services environment.
