Job Description
Purpose of role
Kick-start your career in financial services as a Fund Administrator. In this role, you'll support a portfolio of fund and corporate structures, work with a variety of industry professionals, and build a strong foundation in fund operations, compliance, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration of fund structures.
- Assist with banking, payments, and investment transactions.
- Help onboard investors and maintain client records.
- Respond to client queries and build strong relationships.
- Work closely with banks, auditors, and other industry professionals.
- Gain practical experience and develop your career in financial services.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 1+ years' experience in Fund Administration, Financial Services, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- University degree or relevant professional qualification is preferred but not essential. We are open to A Level school leavers looking to advance their career.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate effectively, build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, and confidently use Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.
