Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver MLRO and regulatory advisory services in Luxembourg, acting as Responsable du Contrôle (RC) for client fund structures in line with CSSF requirements.
- Assume cross-jurisdictional AML roles and provide oversight of AML/CTF risks, including reporting to fund boards and governing bodies.
- Drive growth of the Luxembourg offering through business development and contribution to market expansion strategy.
- Embed and oversee group-wide compliance frameworks across RC/MLRO/MLCO/CO roles, ensuring consistent application and robust control standards.
- Lead compliance reviews, regulatory assessments, and governance documentation, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory alignment.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide thought leadership through regulatory insight, client communications, training, and project delivery.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- University degree in finance/economics or law
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with focus on the alternative investment fund sector
- Excellent communication skills in English, with German being a considerable advantage
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Fast learner with strong analytical, methodical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with compliance technology such as screening and due diligence tools

- Friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Ability to lead and work on projects alone or with the team.
- Clear and articulate communicator with the ability to adapt to different environments and personalities.
- Capable of working on-site at client offices using their own initiative; and
