Job Description
A. Scope of work
1. C&B Management (70%)
- Salary and payroll:
- Implement the monthly payroll - Be in charge of salary matters (salary history, review, updates)
- Be responsible for monthly payroll to ensure that it can be done 100% accurately
- Insurances management SHUIs: Be responsible for the matter (follow, control, and proceed the procedure)
- PIT finalization: Prepare data/ template and coordinate with relevant parties to proceed PIT finalization for the company
- Benefit/Allowance: Implement and keep track the benefits / allowance for staff - Make relevant report per request
- Contract Management: Have fully responsibility for contract management (follow, control, and proceed the proper procedure)
- Rewarding, demotion, promotion: Support HRM in relevant rewarding including bonus and penalty decision - Support HRM in deliver bonus procedure (consult, prepare, implement, report related to bonus to ensure legal appropriation )
- Termination/Turn-over Management:
- Be in charge of the termination management (exit procedure, record, consult…)
- Manager turn-over status and relevant process - Conduct exit interview & report to concerned persons
- Make statistic and analysis (if any)
- Process development: Find gap, create prompt process and improve the current ones to support the operation
2. General Affairs (30%)
- Office Admin Management
- Ensure the smooth operation for the office - Ensure all the facilities of the office managed well
- Record and update monthly office expense periodically
Qualifications
B. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge
- Graduated from Colleague or above at majors such as Accounting, HR or Laws
- Prefer to have experiences in client services, HR services
- Skills
- Excellent communications skills (English, Vietnamese )
- Good Labor relationship and People skills
- Superior people skills in order to deal with internal and external affairs
- Good communications skills in order to be able to deal with government organization
- Team work skills, well handle and resolve trouble and complaint
