Job Description

NSPT is currently accepting applications for BCBA positions for our Evanston,  IL clinic. This position will split time between other neighboring clinics. NSPT provides a growth-oriented environment with many unique opportunities to pursue your passion. As an Analyst at NSPT, you will be managing and leading ABA treatment for kids in different environments such as in clinic, in home, and/or in school.

What will your job at NSPT entail?

  • Complete assessments and reassessments to ascertain the child’s
    level of functioning and aid in the development of individual programs and
    interventions for the home, school, and clinic. 

  • Create individual treatment programs for children

  • Supervise behavior therapists on your team

  • Conduct staff, parent, and teacher training

  • Maintain collaboration and communication with parents, teachers,
    allied disciplines, and physicians by completing progress and evaluation

  • Develop new roles within our growing organization


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst, required

  •  Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
