Roles & Responsibilities:

Heads a team of 150 plus Lead gen PAN India.

Analyzes sales numbers and lead generation performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Drives strategy and Implementation.

Sets up the support operations for the central team at HQ.

 Skills:

Experience in Telesales in SAAS Industry

Strong Organizational Skills and Analytical abilities

Team Management Skills

Excellent Oral and written communication skills

Should have an attitude to work in a startup culture

- 8+ Years experience that includes in sales, Business Development, Inside sales, Call center operations.
