• The customer service representative provides administrative support to the property managers and interacts by phone with residents
• Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Good problem solving skills with a calm demeanor
• Experience in Condominium Property management/and or enrollment in the certificate program is preferred
• Travel is required and applicants must have their own transportation
• This is an entry level position that leads quickly into a career in property managment
