Job Title: CRM Sales System Consultant
Location: Remote 
Duration: Fulltime

 

Responsibilities:

•             Be the “Expert User” of the existing sales/workflow system – being able to use the system just as the full-time sales team does
•             Be able to help guide, train, and communicate the most efficient ways to use the system to aid the sales team
•             Participate in business process discussion and solution road-mapping with customers and prospects
•             Make creative product and solution recommendations to satisfy the customer and prospect’s business and technical objectives
•             Presenting and working closely with Sales Directors
•             Act as business owner of sales/service system
•             Lead the contribution to prospect data acquisition, list creations, campaigning, and mining process
•             Understand the cold calling model; as well as the submission, quote, bind process working with insurance carrier/marketing team
•             Serve as bridge between Sales and IT

 

Required Experience:

•             5+ CRM experience
•             Insurance related experience required
•             3+ years of experience in Sales related role
•             Business acumen with strong verbal and written skills
•             BA/BS equivalent
•             MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or other commercial sales system experience required
