Job Description

As an Operations Client Partner, you will act as the key operational liaison between clients, commercial teams, and internal operational functions. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing operational requests, driving improvements, and building trusted client relationships.

This is a client-facing position requiring a strong combination of operational expertise, stakeholder management, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to delivering solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business-as-usual services. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational matters, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to address requests and resolve issues. 
  • Communicate delivery updates, potential delays, risks, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Support and coordinate pre-delivery and post-production quality checks to ensure operational excellence. 
  • Lead operational projects, product enhancements, and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution. 
  • Translate client requirements into operational and technical specifications while considering system capabilities and operational processes. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective operational solutions. 
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience. 
  • Manage operational requests related to database services, change requests, feasibility assessments, and product coding activities. 
  • Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a client-facing environment and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and the ability to connect business needs with practical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. 
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. 
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
