Role Overview 

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused eCommerce Product Leader to own and drive the eCommerce measurement product agenda across the EEMEA region. This role is pivotal in defining and executing the regional eCommerce roadmap, rationalizing and evolving our product portfolio, and ensuring our solutions are client-centric, operationally robust, and aligned with NIQ's broader global product strategy. 

The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership across a diverse and fast-growing set of markets, partnering closely with regional and global to translate market dynamics and client needs into clear product priorities. They will balance strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution, and will be comfortable operating in a matrixed, multi-country environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Regional eCommerce Strategy 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive EEMEA eCommerce measurement strategy aligned with NIQ's global vision and goals 

  • Identify emerging trends and technologies, proactively gather voice of client to ensure solid prioritization and focus on delivering value to clients’ business  

  • Define and continuously refine the regional eCommerce product and opportunity roadmap, in line with the market needs, and NIQ overall global and regional strategy 

  • Partner with global and regional eCommerce leadership to secure close alignment to the business priorities and vision 

  • Drive competitive intelligence: continuously scan and assess the external marketplace for competitive risks  and partnership opportunities 

  • Champion the adoption of AI capabilities within eCommerce measurement products at all levels from data collection to insights 

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to automate and enhance internal performance and speed of execution 

Collaboration & Execution  

  • Drive execution against the roadmap to support ambitious revenue and expansion targets across the region 

  • Lead the product development cycle end to end. Ensure consistent product approach and cohesive execution across all EEMEA markets 

  • Coordinate with market teams to ensure a healthy balance of local needs and regional and global harmonization 

  • Partner with region eCommerce leadership to achieve overall business targets, and participate in key client negotiations on strategic and product matters. Act as a key business partner to the eCommerce EEMEA Commercial Leader 

  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable guidance for Technology and Operation teams 

  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and pricing teams in setting go-to-market strategy and pricing for eCommerce solutions. 

  • Launch new eCommerce product initiatives to drive the growth and penetration. Oversee financial metrics of the initiatives, to control for the revenue and costs, as well as optimal use of resources. Take priority calls when necessary 

  • Control for continuous product profitability, driving healthy rationalization and simplification 

Profile 

We are looking for a highly analytical, results-oriented product leader with a strong ROI mindset and a demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-market initiatives from ideation through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with a strong bias for action, and possesses the influence and communication skills required to engage senior stakeholders across a diverse, multi-country region. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, data analytics, technology, or business leadership, preferably within eCommerce, market intelligence, or data platform environments. 

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering data products, with strong knowledge of NIQ measurement portfolio and standards 

  • Good understanding of digital retail and consumer ecosystems 

  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations spanning functions and teams across multiple countries 

  • Solid business acumen, including budget/P&L ownership and ROI-driven decision-making 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in data-driven decision-making. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to put complex things in simple, powerful form  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple, competing priorities 

  • Fluency in English
