Job Description
Role: Data Operations Analyst

Every insight NIQ delivers starts with Operations getting it right.
Behind every report, every market trend, and every business decision our clients make is trusted, high-quality data. As a Data Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in making that happen.
Working within NIQ's global Operations function, you'll ensure market data is accurate, complete, and ready for delivery to some of the world's most recognized brands. You'll investigate data issues, validate information, and help maintain the quality standards our clients rely on.
But this role is about more than data quality.
Operations at NIQ is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history. Automation, AI-enabled workflows, smarter technologies, and digital platforms are reshaping how we work. Rather than replacing human expertise, these technologies enable our teams to focus on critical thinking, solving complex problems, and continuously improving how we deliver value to clients.
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative global environment while developing future-ready skills in data, technology, automation, and operational excellence.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a career where technology and human judgement work together, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Research product information and accurately classify and maintain data within NIQ databases.
Perform quantitative and qualitative quality checks to ensure market data meets NIQ's global quality standards.
Manage monthly production activities using NIQ's proprietary platforms, ensuring data is delivered accurately and on time.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve data issues and exceptions.
Monitor market developments and understand how they impact data quality.
Work alongside AI-enabled tools and automated workflows, applying critical thinking and human judgement to validate outputs and resolve exceptions.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Use data and operational insights to identify trends, improve quality, and enhance performance.
Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to deliver trusted, high-quality data that supports client decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management, Business, or a related discipline.

A passion for working with data and solving problems.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and digital tools.
A growth mindset and willingness to embrace change.
The ability to work effectively within structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.

A commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
