Key responsibilities:
- Be part of a regional RGM team supporting FMCG clients to optimize pricing and promotion strategies, mainly for manufacturers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with opportunities to support other Western European markets
- Manage RGM projects end-to-end - timelines, coordination with internal expert teams, and client interaction.
- Partner with commercial and executive client teams, supporting decision-making with clear insights and recommendations.
- Translate FMCG business needs into tailored RGM outputs, adapting content and messaging to different audiences (RGM, Category, Consumer Insights, Sales, Leadership).
- Use NIQ data, tools, and PowerPoint to answer business questions through pricing, promotion, and revenue analysis.
- Convert analytical results into clear, business-focused and actionable presentations.
- Deliver insights during informal and formal client meetings, both in person and online.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, supporting team collaboration and NIQ objectives.
- Possibility to expand expertise and deliver Category Management / Assortment projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or business area.
- Solid experience in FMCG, ideally in Revenue Growth Management or Category Management.
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers.
- Excellent business relationship and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional European languages, esp. German are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills.
- Consulting-style communication, with the ability to simplify complex insights and build a clear story.
- Comfortable working in a digital and data-driven environment, using AI as a work facilitator.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
