Job Description

Role Purpose

The BO Performance Excellence & Quality Senior Associate is a member of the core Data Acquisition (DA) Operations team, responsible for delivering high-quality, standardised back-office services. The role executes day-to-day operational activities in accordance with established processes, Service Level Agreements, and corporate standards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all assigned tasks.

Working closely with the DA Leader, Data Acquisition Back Office colleagues, and the Data Acquisition Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Transformation teams, the Associate supports seamless service delivery, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps ensure a positive experience for customers, stakeholders, and vendors across supported countries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery

• Execute back-office processes and transactions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and defined timelines.

• Deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely outputs to internal stakeholders across supported markets.

• Consistently meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

2. Process Management & Standardisation

• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with the standardised processes established by the Data Acquisition Back Office and support ongoing alignment with recognised best practices.

• Identify and escalate process deviations, inefficiencies, and recurring issues to the Delivery Leader to support timely resolution and continuous improvement.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for Data Acquisition teams, vendors, and local commercial and operational teams, responding promptly to queries and providing clear updates on requests.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and countries to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution.

4. Data Accuracy & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation in accordance with NIQ corporate standards.

• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, financial, and data protection regulations in the supported country.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by proposing ideas that enhance operational efficiency and quality.

• Support the testing and rollout of new tools, systems, and workflows as part of ongoing Data Acquisition Back Office enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or relevant vocational qualification; a background in business administration, operations, finance, or a related field is preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in back-office operations, shared services, or administrative operations; multi-country experience is considered an advantage.

• Experience working in a multicultural, cross-border environment.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, together with fluency in Czech or Slovak.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving requirements.
