This is a senior leadership role at the forefront of NIQ’s Strategic Analytics & Insights transformation.
As Head of Brand for Customer Success - West Europe, you will lead one of NIQ SAI’s largest and most strategically critical portfolios, with full accountability for value delivery, client impact, and team leadership across the Brand practice.
Reporting into the Regional SA&I Customer Success Leader, you will own the end-to-end Brand agenda across Western Europe, leading a large, multimarket organization and some of the most complex and visible programs within NIQ SAI. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Operations, and SAI leadership to redefine how brand value is delivered to clients, integrating advanced analytics, technology, AI and innovation at speed.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Commercial Impact
- Lead Customer Success for the Brand practice across Western Europe, with full accountability for client outcomes, revenue delivery, and profitability.
- Set the strategic direction for Brand within SAI in the region, aligned to NIQ’s global SAI transformation agenda.
- Drive a strong commercial mindset, accelerating repeat business, renewals, upsell, and crosssell through differentiated value delivery.
- Act as a senior partner to key clients, representing NIQ SAI in top-to-top engagements and strategic conversations.
Delivery Excellence & Transformation
- Set and own delivery standards for the Brand practice, ensuring consistently high client satisfaction at scale.
- Lead the transformation of Brand delivery by embedding SAI tooling, automation, and new ways of working to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Reduce cycle times and complexity across adhoc and tracking work while protecting insight quality and strategic depth.
- Serve as a key voice into product and toolkit roadmaps, ensuring regional and client needs shape future innovation.
- Enable and elevate Brand teams to operate as trusted consultants, building consulting capability, consistent client narratives, and translating insights into actionable recommendations, enabling business decisions.
Organizational & People Leadership
- Lead and inspire a large, diverse organization (80+ people) across multiple markets and languages.
- Drive cross training and capability uplift to ensure flexibility, scalability, and future ready skills.
Your profile:
- Extensive leadership experience in consumer insights, consulting, or analytics with deep expertise in Brand Health (Tracking) solutions.
- Proven track record of leading large, complex, multimarket organizations, including remote and hybrid teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience owning P&L level outcomes.
- Credible executive presence with the ability to influence senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute at pace in a transformation environment.
- Experience driving organizational change strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
