Job Description

NielsenIQ Analytics helps clients develop smarter sales strategies by optimizing price, promotion, assortment, and shelf. With purchase decisions often made in-store, brands need effective distribution and sales strategies to maximize store presence and retail investments. This role combines design specialization with operational excellence to enhance pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring comprehensive support and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Provide comprehensive pre- post-sales support across APAC, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Design and Development: Create compelling visual content for various sales materials, including presentations, flyers, product sheets, infographics, email templates, and digital content, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to understand their requirements and develop visual solutions that enhance their sales presentations and communications, aligning with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple design and operational projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization based on the commercial team's needs and deadlines.
  • Invoicing and Contracts: Oversee the invoicing process and contract renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions to support smooth operations and client relationships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, conducting thorough research to inform design strategies and ensure materials remain current and relevant in the market.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Gather feedback from the commercial team to refine and improve designs and operational processes continually, striving for excellence and alignment with business goals.

 

Qualifications

You possess a keen eye for detail and maintain punctuality in all your tasks. With a strong commercial mindset and a solid understanding of marketing principles, you thrive on creating clarity amidst chaos. You’re proactive, not afraid to take the initiative, and excel as a self-starter. The ideal candidate has experience in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations within a multinational organization.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in a similar position, preferably in FMCG or multinational organizations.
  • Language: Fluent in English with effective cross-country communication skills.
  • Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Microsoft Office: Comfortable and efficient with Office applications.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
  • Visual Design Skills: Excellent with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent at prioritizing and managing multiple projects.
  • Judgment & Initiative: Sound judgment and proactive approach.
  • Teamwork: Can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Digital Marketing: Basic understanding is a plus.
  • Sales Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Additional Skills: Some understanding of the invoicing system is beneficial.
