About the Job

The Finance Planning and Analyst Hub (FP&A Hub) team is a young team hungry to learn, help, proactively collaborate with peers, leaders and contribute their values to our company.

The team is responsible for integrating and developing processes that meet both revenue and expense needs, supporting commercial people in the organization by managing financial planning processes within the functional area of expertise, participating in planning and contributing to global and local strategies.

This analyst would support the core US CPG team across all client sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Support North American client team on revenue management and forecasting, including managing weekly pacing updates.
  • Contribute to monthly variance analysis.
  • Review SIP payment information according with agreed-upon data.
  • Manage expense budgets and ensure leaders remain on plan.
  • Prepare and track headcount forecast dashboards.
  • Meaningfully contribute to preparation of Three-Year Plan, Annual Operating Budget, and Quarterly targets.
  • Special projects to support exceptional and world-class revenue growth across the US team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance
  • 3+ year's experience of FP&A or financial business partnering
  • Mandatory: Proficient level of English
  • Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Products, advanced Power Point and Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.) 
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, reporting and managing a budget
  • Ability to navigate in an ERP and Consolidations System (SAP & HFM)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Hungry to learn, helpful, and proactive
