Our Maven Minds | Women in Trading Programme is a spring week designed to give students a first-hand overview of what a Trading career at Maven Securities could look like and a unique opportunity to understand the skills and knowledge needed, as well as being able to network with Maven employees and immerse yourself in our friendly and highly rewarding culture. This Programme is aimed at getting more women, who are underrepresented into the industry but it is open to all applicants. We are looking for students in their first year of study of a three-year course or second year of a four-year course, from any STEM background to join us on this programme.
