Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. Based in Dublin, you’ll identify new opportunities for our consultants in strategic design, software engineering and digital transformation, across all industries and sectors. 

What you’ll do

  • Identify new growth opportunities for Wipro Digital’s Dublin studio
  • Develop effective strategic relationships with current and future clients
  • Shape the business development strategy for Wipro Digital Dublin through an effective sales plan
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from first meeting to final pitch, commercials and SOWs
  • Implement lead-generation strategies that promote Wipro Digital’s offerings in strategic design and digital transformation


  • Solid experience in selling complex solutions and/or professional services
  • Proven relationship builder, adept at managing C-level prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating the structures and hierarchies of big organisationsComfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change
  • A natural self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with strategic design and digital transformation methods a big plus
  • A problem solver with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive – and the guts – to bring them to life
  • Understanding of how projects and portfolios are funded within client organisations
  • Deep understanding of financial models
  • Willingness to travel
