We are seeking highly motivated university graduates ready to contribute hands-on alongside our Finance & Accounting teams as you develop your career. University students who graduated or are graduating from Dec 2024 to June 2025 with a Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field are encouraged to apply. You will be considered for current and upcoming available new college grad roles. Our Finance & Accounting Rotation Program enables you to work in different capacities across various functions before dedicating to one role. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the different areas of the organization and rapidly grow your professional skills within Western Digital. 

We are recruiting for the following areas where you can be hired into a role within the group: 

• Business Finance (HDD/Flash)
• Corporate FP&A
• Operations Finance
• Treasury
• Accounting

• University students who graduated or are graduating from December 2024 to June 2025 with Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Right to work in the US without requiring Western Digital to commence or sponsor an immigration case in order to employ you (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create effective presentations for senior management
• Ability to work both independently and in large, cross-functional team settings
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
