Collaborate with clients and suppliers from most European CountriesEnsures the daily conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in to Purchase Orders (POs) for indirect purchasingYou will be required to approach suppliers and obtain offers, analyze, and compare prices while eventually deciding to whom you will place the orderAble to search and understand historical dataUnderstand Client defined SLA and willingness to meet those targets

Minimum experience in purchasing experience or similar supply chain field requiredHas good knowledge of the Purchase to Order processAbility to follow procedures and sequential processes.Good knowledge of purchasing systems would be an advantage (SAP, eSAP/SRM, SAP S4)Ability to work in an international environment.Problem solving oriented.Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines while paying attention to detail.Integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, presentation)B2 English language level is mandatoryGood knowledge of MS Office (especially, Outlook & Excel)Ability of understating the overall requirements and to act accordinglyBeing self-motivated, a team player and capable of taking on operational responsibility quickly
