Functional Criteria:Secondary Research: Candidate should have a proven ability to conduct secondary research. Some knowledge of secondary sources like Capital IQ, D&B Hoover’s, BoardEx, LinkedIn etc. will be preferableShould be proficient in doing Executive identification while working on executive search mandates through LinkedIn, Cap IQ, general internet search etc.Should ensure the processing & timely execution of qualitative and quantitative research projectsAssisting team management in supporting operational activities, partial responsibilities of project management, client management, quality audit and mentoringExcellent communication skills (Written and Oral)Good interpersonal skills along with attention to detailWork and communicate effectively with internal/external clientsShould be a quick learner and team player

Technical Skills:Good knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPointGood knowledge of LinkedIn research Education Qualifications:Any Graduate/Post Graduate
