Job Description

The People Success Team in Version 1 have a newly created HR Data Analyst & Insights Consultant role that will report directly to our Group HR Operations Manager. This role will play a key part in bringing our HR and People data to life, identify risks and trends, deliver insights to the business and provide predictive analysis that will influence and shape key people decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create effective, scalable, and easy to understand reporting solutions via Power BI
  • Develop and manage the reporting capability of the Group HR Function via monthly insights reporting that will call out our highlights, emerging trends, areas of concern and predictions.
  • You will use the knowledge gained in the analysis of our HR data to become the SME that empowers our decision makers with Data insights and will work closely with the relevant stakeholders to advise on prevention and/or reaction remedies.
  • Delivering insightful analysis and reporting to support management team in closely monitoring attrition levels, performance, and other HR reporting areas.
  • Working closely with the Group HR team on reporting requirements and develop solution proposals through your expertise with Power BI and/or other dashboard tools.
  • Underpinning the above, the HR data Analyst will own the aggregation of data, maintain HR data quality and influence the nature of the data we collect to take our reporting capability to the next level.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical capability and experience with Power BI from design through to deployment phase of Project
  • Use of Tableau dashboards also ideal
  • Data enthusiast with a good level of business acumen acquired through previous working experience working across various business functions
  • Natural ability to bring large datasets to life and tell a story.
  • Some experience working with HRIS desirable
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel.

All roles are currently remote but going forward you can be based anywhere in the UK or Ireland.
