Job Description
Our 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides you with a structured learning environment to help you become a well-rounded consultant and accelerate your career. You will get the opportunity to start building your internal networks, deepen your understanding of Turner & Townsend and your service area from day one.
Upon joining, you will be provided with a structured development plan which introduces you to the technical and commercial competencies that graduates need to succeed at Turner & Townsend. This gives you the necessary tools to manage and monitor your personal and professional development and progress. Throughout the programme you will be partnered with a Graduate Development Manager who will provide support and guidance to ensure you are on track.
As well as ‘on-the-job' learning, you will benefit from technical and behavioural training, providing you with the knowledge and skills to support you in your personal development.
