Your Department - Customer Growth
We’re looking for a CRM Manager (m/f/x) to design, execute, and optimise cross-channel lifecycle campaigns using state-of-the-art CRM technology such as SAP Emarsys (or similar). You will shape personalised communications that drive retention, loyalty, and Customer Lifetime Value — translating data and customer insights into scalable CRM strategies. This role has direct impact on growth and decision-making authority over campaign architecture and automation frameworks, working closely with teams across the business to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated and manual CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App)
- Evolve the CRM Strategy in alignment with overall business goals, including ownership of lifecycle frameworks, loyalty initiatives, and retention programs.
- Perform customer segmentation and target group analysis based on behavioural and transactional data
- Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, and continuously optimize results
- Collaborate closely with Data, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams
- Create reports and derive actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all CRM activities
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred), and you know how to put it to work.
- With at least 5 years of experience in CRM or email marketing in a B2C environment, you’ve mastered the art of customer engagement.
- You bring proven expertise in SAP Emarsys or similar CRM platforms—and you know how to make them sing.
- Experience with loyalty programs or retention strategies? That’s a big plus in our book.
- You think in segments, speak in KPIs, and test like a scientist. Analytics isn’t just a skill—it’s your second language.
- You’re organized, deadline-driven, and thrive when managing multiple initiatives with precision.
- You’re highly motivated, methodical, and bring clarity to complexity.
- You shine solo and collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
- Full fluency in English (oral and written) is essential. German fluency? That’s a bonus.
