Your playing field:

• Providing high-quality IT support to end-users across Tipico Group offices, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Managing incident resolution, troubleshooting OS and software issues (Windows, Mac OSX, mobile devices), and coordinating repairs.
• Handling user accounts, passwords, and mailboxes within Active Directory and Exchange Servers.
• Communicating progress on reported issues and collaborating with impacted teams.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Strong Skillset. Knowledge of Active Directory, email technologies (Office 365, exchange servers) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ticketing System. Knowledge of ITSM applications: JIRA Service Desk.
• Hardware. Knowledge of PC workstation security and disk encryption systems.
• IP System. Knowledge of IP addressing, networking and telephony
• Network Systems. Basic understanding of WLAN technology, network systems, virtualization and virtual infrastructure (VMware & Hyper-V).
• Language. Fluent in English and Croatian (verbal and written) and win extra point with German language. Our OneTeam consists of more than 30 different nationalities in 7 countries working together to achieve Tipico’s mission. However, Croatia is the home of our Bookmaking team and this is how we communicate here.
