Your Department - Finance

The finance department plays a critical role in managing the financial resources and ensuring the financial health of the company. We are currently looking for someone to manage the key financial tasks related to banks and other financial institutions. You will be responsible for the E-money Settlement Process and the company’s Cash Flow Management and will ensure then maintenance and growth of our strong treasury and banking set-up, fit for the future and complexities of the business. Will you be our next Treasury Manager (m/f/x)?

Some of the tasks you will be doing:

• Developing strong banking network and setup.
• Communicating effectively with banks and financial institutions and oversee relationships with existing and prospective connections with the aim of creating and maintaining a holistic banking base for the company.
• Driving the daily cash flow management and prepare the company’s daily inflow and outflow of cash as may be required for company operations, including legal and banking documentation requirements.
• Managing debt servicing including monitoring of financial covenants, payment planning, guarantee handling.
• Preparing and maintaining group cash flow reporting and forecasting as per management and banking requirements, including compliance reporting.
• Establishing a standardised company cash management practice, defining and documenting treasury related processes.
• Reviewing treasury files such as banks and third-party statements necessary for reporting and reconciliation.
• Driving technical integration and automation of different bank interfaces.

You will be a good fit if:

• You hold a Diploma or Bachelors’ degree in an accounting, banking or finance related subject.
• You hold minimum 3 years experience in a similar role or function.
• You have experience working in treasury in a regulated entity in the banking, financial institutions or insurance industry.
• You are excellent at stakeholder management, communication and also analysis.
• You are fluent in English, oral and written.

It would be great if you have any of the following:

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Knowledge in German language would be considered as a plus.
