Your Department - Customer Growth
Zastrpay is looking for a strategic and empathetic Head of Customer Growth (m/f/x) to define, lead, and scale the customer growth function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join our leadership team and build a new department that directly impacts business performance and customer success. You'll own the full customer journey - from acquisition to retention - driving growth through an integrated approach in partnership with product, marketing, operations, and compliance. With a passion for customer experience at the core, you'll shape how we connect with users and deliver value in a seamless, engaging, and impactful way. Experience in gaming, gambling, payments, or other regulated, high-growth industries is a strong advantage.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall customer growth strategy that effectively acquires, engages, and retains Zastrpay’s customer base.
- Design and implement a customer experience strategy based on user insights, ensuring every touchpoint delivers clear value and great experience.
- Define customer OKRs and KPIs, take ownership of performance metrics, and design impactful programs to achieve them.
- Drive customer insights and research to uncover pain points and growth opportunities, embedding customer empathy into every decision.
- Lead customer acquisition through digital marketing, partnerships, and organic channels, while driving retention through lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and re-engagement initiatives.
- Craft clear, compelling, and consistent brand messaging that enhances customer understanding and deepens engagement.
- Align product and experience strategies with product and tech teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects a customer-centric approach.
- Leverage analytics to inform decisions, optimize growth tactics, and continuously improve customer experience and business performance.
- Build and scale a high-performing Growth Team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution within Zastrpay.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven senior leadership experience in customer growth, marketing, or commercial roles in consumer-facing digital businesses.
- Extensive track record of owning business units or revenue-generating functions, with end-to-end accountability for growth, performance, and team leadership.
- Deep expertise and passion for customer experience, lifecycle management, user engagement, and the development of customer-centric growth strategies.
- Strong team player with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. Fintech, payments) is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive execution.
- Up-to-date knowledge of customer engagement trends and fintech innovation.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
