Job Description

At The SR Group, we’re looking for ten placement year students to join our global search and recruitment company from our London office for a period of 10-12 months.

Each placement employee will be matched to support one of our four specialist search and recruitment consultancies:

  • Brewer Morris - Dedicated to tax, treasury and senior finance search and recruitment
  • Carter Murray - Focusing on marketing and sales search and recruitment
  • Frazer Jones - An HR executive search and recruitment specialist
  • Taylor Root - A legal, risk and compliance recruitment consultancy

You’ll receive the full employee experience throughout your entire placement. As Resource Recruiter and the first point of contact for many of our candidates and also meeting clients, you’ll gain market knowledge within the specialist market of your brand, building relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service.

The Role

  • Sourcing and speaking to new candidates ensuring all critical data is collected including location, salary etc. and continuously monitoring candidates to make sure this data is up to date and accurate
  • Assist in interviewing candidates as well as organizing candidate interviews
  • Generating new candidates using typical sourcing methods including our database, LinkedIn, job adverts and referrals
  • Monitoring all job boards for potential lead generation reporting back to the specific

Additional Information

Throughout your time with us, you’ll be supported through a mentor programme, a buddy programme and the relationship with your brand and line manager – all designed to help you develop and thrive in your role.

You’ll receive comprehensive training as part of a 16-week course, which is taken as a cohort.

We’ll offer you a competitive basic salary of £21,000 pro-rata and with the potential to earn a generous bonus at the end of your contract. There’s flexibility to start over the summer break or join at the start of September 2023 at the latest.
