Job Description

  • Internally you build the bridge between product management, sales and marketing and come up with ideas as how to market B2B technology solutions in an emotional way and follow the good ideas through
  • In your role, you will see yourself making a complicated topic simpler to understand, being able to amplify the story to a wide audience, and having the willingness to communicate it multiple times to different stakeholders
  • Besides verbal communication, good writing has a magical impact on how the market perceives a vendor and its solutions. You are the owner of the content pipeline of your product. Together with internal and external resources, you will roll up your sleeves and draft content, be it whitepaper, factsheet, or blog articles
  • You live and breathe competition on daily basis. One of your key deliverables is regular reporting on relevant competition for sales for product management and sales
  • You design and deliver sales enablement materials, run training sessions, gather feedback from the sales team

Qualifications

  • University degree in software engineering, industrial engineering or other relevant subjects
  • 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience, preferably in B2B
  • Domain knowledge of B2B or B2C payments, IT or cloud solutions is an advantage
  • Confidence, fluency and creativity in English speaking and writing is a must, Fluent or at least B2 German is an advantage
  • Think and communicate clearly, in a way that builds trust across functions and teams
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Pair of eyes for details and at the same time the analytical and problem-solving sharpness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite and SEO is nice to have
