• Lead and manage the business and operations for all Processing units at the St. Gabriel site including HCN, HPF, MPF, EO, and Utilities.
• Continuously improve the capabilities, processes and assets at St. Gabriel to meet business needs in terms of HSES, Quality, customer service, cost and efficiency and in full compliance with internal and external standards and legislation. 
• Provide interface for regional and global Supply Chain teams and site operations to develop strategies in support of overall Production & Supply strategies.   
• Interface with global and regional resources to share best practices and adopt common solutions to common problems.
• Lead Crop Protection Processing units in line with Syngenta culture and P&S strategy.
• Manage the fixed, variable and capital cost performance in line with agreed budgets and targets.
• Drive asset utilization and investment planning including sustenance, efficiency and HSES capital projects ($35M+ annually).
• Ensure full compliance with all Syngenta standards and external legislation and regulations.  Ensure all HSES, Quality, Legal and fiscal standards are monitored and continuously improved, and that risks are controlled and minimized.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and responsiveness in line with Syngenta strategy for markets served.

• B.S. in Engineering or Chemistry or Extensive Production Management Experience
• Production Operation Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Financial Management – product costing, business case development and analysis
